I liked the view, The manager (Andre) and front desk staff were very helpful. The room lacked a kettle and the internal phone system didn’t work. Room TV didn’t have the World Cup matches, with no TVs in any of the common areas either. Also the pool bar refuses to fulfill your drinks if it’s a cappuccino or similar, they ask you to go get it inside despite the hotel stating you can order at the pool bar.

stayed just out of season so the hotel was quiet, pool was cold but did make use of it. No sunbeds around the pool just seating but music played all day. used beds on the sand area belonging to the hotel. Pool towels supplied was an added bonus

The level of cleanliness needs improvement. Upon entering the room, it was evident that it had not been thoroughly cleaned, but only superficially. Additionally, the food service was lacking, with essential items frequently unavailable. It was apparent that the kitchen staff was struggling to manage operations effectively.

L’ espace piscine est très agreable et la literie très confortable . Toutefois le ménage dans la chambre n’est pas fait correctement . Sol balayé mais jamais lavé . Le miroir de la salle de bain jamais laver en 9 jours et la douche non plus !! La musique et la clim sont très fort dans la salle principale de l hotel .

Wir hatten zwei schöne Übernachtungen als Start in unser Albanien-Abenteuer. Das noch recht neue Hotel überzeugt durch Einrichtung und Design. Ein Künstler hat während unseres Aufenthaltes Wandmalereien an die Wände gezaubert. Das Familienzimmer war zweigeteilt, wie eine Junior Suite. Zwei TV, zwei Kühlschränke. Matratzen und Einrichtung top. Das Personal war überall emsig am Start, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und sehr guter Kaffee! Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Golem ist zum Ankommen gut, aber man muss Trubel schon mögen.
