The hotel was lovely, clean and well maintained. The food was excellent. It was disappointing that the spa was not open during our stay. While the staff were helpful, a more welcoming and friendly approach-such as smiling by some of the staff would have enhanced the whole experience.

Very nice hotel. Good amenities. Food decent at the restaurant. Helpful staff. The only issue with the hotel is the parking garage. Lots of construction and poor lighting leading to a very uneasy feeling. Area does seem save.
