needs some help

staff was considerate. bed was comfortable amd furniture was decent. bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. shower covered in mildew and water valve was not really finctional to control water temperature nor volume

Bed comfortable and clean, building in rough shape

The beds were fine. neighborhood overall felt reasonably safe. lots of full timers at the hotel as seen from the various cooking implements outside the rooms. floor is a bit spongy. Concrete spalling on stair supports. good for solo, not great for family. surly not a romantic spot.

The rooms were filthy, I changed rooms twice. Roaches the smell you name it. Also the staff was fighting with a guest, you had other guests fighting throughout the night it was just a horrible stay

I liked the location ,convenient location. I was disappointed 😞 to find out there was some cockroaches made me sick to my stomach just to see it. Never seeing a hotel like that before. Room was 121 ground floor. And the toilet was broken and dirty And there was like 6 flies in the room. Honestly I wouldn't stay there again.

We did not stay at this property and asked for a refund. Area did not appear safe. We boojed a pet friendly room but the hotel was not pet friendly and they sais we boojed a smokibg room, but we did not. The room was dirty and had coxkroaches. We did not stay. We asked for refund.

The room looked to be renovated until a closer look bed coverings had cigarette burns and roach problem. Othee guest argued outside most of the night.

I booked a room with this hotel and unfortunately I did not get to stay at the hotel. The service from which I booked the hotel booked a room where there were no vacancies. Also the hotel was unable to book a room until the following morning, in which I couldn’t wait because I needed to be gone the next morning. I have always liked the hotel, but this visit left a bad impression.
