The suite was beautiful and comfortable. Communication was relatively quick with guest services. Be sure to bring games and cards if that’s your thing because when I went searching in the main area of the lodge there wasn’t anything available but they may have been being used by other guests.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite with hot tub on the deck and a beautiful view. It was fabulous! Clean and the beds were super comfortable. Staff were great. We stayed the 1st night after driving the Icefields Pkwy from Jasper; 2nd night after visiting nearby Yoho National Park (fantastic), 3rd night after visiting Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake…then we were set to head west to Vancouver.

Had an amazing stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had a breathtaking view of the mountains and surrounding nature. Waking up to the sunrise over the peaks and relaxing on the balcony in the evening was unforgettable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt peaceful and refreshing.
