Clean room with beach nearby. Some amenities within walking distance. Some finishes such as tile, drywall, sideboard, chairs etc are deteriorated and getting old with cracks, stains, and damages. The hotel is best classified as a 2-3 star hotel or a short stay rental apartment. No maid for daily cleaning.
