Absolutely loved the apartment, modern, clean and perfect for a Family of 4. Walking distance close to beach and shops etc. No complaints.. Would definitely stay again.

We liked the location. South end of Surfer's Paradise. It was quiet. We liked that we had a frig, stove, microwave, dishes, toaster, hot water carafe, balcony with table and chairs, washer and dryer with a sink next to them for rinsing things out. Beach is within walking distance. 1 block from the tram that takes you north and south and easily accessible. Dryer is a bit small so takes a while to dry things. But everything else was good. Reasonable price. Would rent again and recommend.

Good location. Nice size apartment. Limited power points in rooms so would be good to have an extension cord available. hooks for towels in bathroom would also be nice and a water jug is always appreciated. The dryer did not work while we were there. They said someone would come Monday but no one did. Other than that, staff were friendly and location was good. Tv was quite small for size of room so Rainy night movie night was a bit hard lol

Place was super dirty and had a nasty smell about it, noisy location. Close to surfers and the light rail if that is the goal. The pictures didn’t match the actual unit. Furniture missing, terrible couch.

The property is central with easy and nearby access to the light rail, beach and cafes. The apartment had an offensive odour and had to be aired out to dissapate the strong scent of bleach and previous occupants. The floors were not clean. The rug in the room was filthy and the washing machine had a foul odour. The loft mattress was dirty and had a urine stain.

Good location and apartment was in a good modern condition, however we were disappointed the dryer was faulty on arrival and we rang the managers who said a maintenance person would fix it but it wasn’t fixed. Also some small things like there being no tv remote or forks (only wooden ones were left which broke easily). So some small improvements could have made the stay a lot more enjoyable, but still a good place to stay which suited our needs.

The apartment itself isn’t too bad, but the design of it means that the upstairs bedroom is about 10 or more degrees hotter than downstairs (upstairs desperately needs a ceiling fan). The air con springs a leak every now and again, and since it's directly over the TV, means you have to turn it off too.
