The carpet definately needs replacing, and the xouch needs a deep clean. The cleaners were still cleaning (not their fault), (im guessing misscommunication between them and the letting company) when we arrived after check-in. The view and location were amazing.

Easy process to collect keys. Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Only negatives, pillows are too high, and roadworks all night which is not the buildings fault. I’d definitely stay there again.

The kitchen/wash area was great- all the basics for cooking, large fridge, easy to get around. Pool and gym were great. Check in/check out is a trap- they don’t utilise the listed on site reception. Keys (1set only) have to be collected a km away which was quite inconvenient. Even though it’s listed on hotels.com, there is no servicing of the-room during the stay. This is actually a personal rental, not a hotel with associated expectations of you vacuuming before leaving. Be sure to ask questions before booking.

Lovely property with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. I recommend staying at Sandbar. Nice walk into Burleigh, good coffee a block over the highway at Paddock, a Coles is a walkable distance away. The only downside was absolutely no glasses of any sort that I could find, no water glasses, no wine glasses etc, odd so I did raise this when I checked out and hopefully it will be addressed.

A modern, clean and comfortable apartment with beautiful views of the coastline and hinterland. The kitchen is well equipped, and the layout of the apartment would suit two couples, friends or a family with older children. The building is located at the quiet end of Burleigh, but Coles and fantastic dining options are still walkable, as is North Burleigh patrolled beach. The pool was a let down, however - it is cold, small and unprotected from the wind - and the apartment balconies were similarly poorly designed and largely unusable for the same reasons. Overall, however, we enjoyed our 5 night stay (young family), and the excellent communication from Burleigh Letting made the whole booking and check-in process hassle free.

The lady at Burleigh Letting gave us a later checkout which helped greatly with relatives flying in at different times for a family celebration. I stayed on Level 26 last year booked through the Sandbar reception, unfortunately this stay was not as good. The room could have been cleaner. I don't think the table or living room furniture had been cleaned, the front of the stove was not clean. There were no tissues or paper towel and the pillows were like rocks and nothing could be sought from reception to assist. The IPAD for air conditioning was not operating when we arrived and we had to work out how to reset it and a resolution was attempted to be sought by the Burleigh letting Admin Assistant, and was helpful. The beds are great, view spectacular. A coffee machine would be great other than instant coffee. Those small things would improve the stay significantly.
