Staff were really friendly. However when we first arrived their were 20 flies flying around in our unit, runbish underneath furniture, bedrooms not vacummed. We spent the 1st 1/2 hour cleaning. The wifi was weak, we could not access the internet for most of our stay. Other than that we made the most of what was a good location and holiday. The properties location is handy to shops, beach and local restaurants.

I am impressed with this accommodation site. I stayed in a villa which looked updated and was very clean. I like the spacious villa size and I liked that we were close to the pool, slide and eating area. I found bugs in the cupboard near the kitchen and they must know about it as there was a can of fly spray in the cupboard for me to use. A bit gross. Overall, I enjoyed my stay with the kids.

This is a great location to visit the Gold Coast. Easy walk to the beach, few restaurants near by and a very welcoming staff.
