The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. The pool area was lovely and the pool kiosk was great! My only negatives are that there is currently a massive building site next door and they start noisy works at 6:30am every day so no sleep ins! Also, eat breakfast at the pool kiosk and not the indoor restaurant because it was very average for the cost.

A centrally located decent accomodation option. The lobby areas felt quite dated, but the rooms were more modern. The outdoor lagoon style pool was great, though it was a shame the children's pool was closed whilst we were there. Also good to have the indoor pool as another option. Getting to the car park from reception was a pain, as you had to exit the property and drive around the block - would suggest making the entrance two-way to save this.

Great size 3 bed apartment. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, so much so we didn’t use the beach. BBQ area clean. Very close to tram stop and walking distance to shops. There was a smell in the hallway just outside elevator. Other than this issue, we had an amazing stay.

We stayed here for 8 nights and we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 6th level and had no complaints other than wishing our level was little higher and the bathroom being a little out dated. No worries though, our room was great. The pools were amazing and location was great, espeiclaly being a short walkijg distance to the beach. Would defs recommend. Will be back in August.

The room was very clean. Staff were lovely at all times. Greeted you with a smile and were always very helpful. The amenities were fantastic as were the restaurants and cafe. Tram stop only a five minute walk.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, could not fault them and the facilities were great for families with the pool slide and beach to kick back on. The Thai restaurant located on site was fantastic and the room views of the water and then just being walking distance to trams/beaches and a wonderful coffee shop was faultless. Overall, the stay was comfortable. While the room was spacious, it felt very outdated. The curtains were broken, and several cups and plates were dirty or stained or broken. which raised concerns about cleanliness. The buffet breakfast was poor and did not meet expectations for the price. Although the Thai restaurant itself was really nice. Overall, the property needs better maintenance, improved cleanliness standards, and upgraded facilities.
