We had the most wonderful stay! Everything was completely beyond our expectations, full functional kitchen and amenities we were very happy with the rooms and we had everything we needed for a family trip with two children. We can’t wait to return we just had the best time!

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The location was fantastic, making it easy and convenient to get around and enjoy everything nearby. The facilities were excellent, and the room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well presented. Everything we needed was available, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The service was outstanding, with friendly, professional and attentive staff who genuinely made us feel welcome. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really added to the experience. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with an excellent location, great facilities, beautiful rooms and exceptional service. We would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

The place was great for our family of 3bedroom apartment with 2balconys, 2bathrooms. Good facilities to cook and live in for a week. The pool downstairs outside was great for the kids, and the spa great for the adults. Thai restaurant downstairs is amazing highly recommend them for dinner can do takeaway or dine in. We didn't opt for onsite buffet breakfast at the Chinese place in reception. The place is super close to the beach walking distance it is a couple of blocks away from main street cavil ave but maybe. 10min walk but lovely to walk down there along the beach

Great location and amenities for a family. The kids loved the option of pools, playground and water slide. This area of the hotel had a lovely resort feel. However, the room itself was poor and very run down. This was our second room as the first was not only run down but had that ‘nursing home’ scent so we asked to change. While the new room was still rundown, there was no smell. A shame because the beds were comfortable and balcony had a view of the coast.

The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. The pool area was lovely and the pool kiosk was great! My only negatives are that there is currently a massive building site next door and they start noisy works at 6:30am every day so no sleep ins! Also, eat breakfast at the pool kiosk and not the indoor restaurant because it was very average for the cost.

Family of 4; 2 kids aged 11 & 9. Easy check in, plenty of parking at the entrance whilst checking in. Secure underground carpark. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 34th floor with ocean view. The apartment was large, clean and tidy and appeared well maintained. Great showers and comfortable beds. Amazing view. Was perfect for our 5 day stay. We were super comfortable during our stay and enjoyed our morning coffees and evening drinks on the balcony. We had no construction noise as the construction was on the other side of the building. The kids loved the pools and spent some time there each day. Gorgeous pool area, very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was close to tram service, and convenience stores, however if wasn't mentioned on the booking site that a large 90 storey building site, currently at level 29, was directly opposite our room, producing a lot of noise from 6.30am ish to early evenings. The balcony couldn't be used due to the noise. It wasn't until after we booked that we were informed the large outdoor swimming pool with very nice beach was closed for maintenance. We didn't swim in the spa or pool as the water looked murky compared to pools at other places we have stayed at. The bed was two large singles pushed together not a queen bed per booking page, time it was replaced not very comfortable. The restaurant within the complex offered a buffet breakfast, but the hot food selection was cold as was the hot drinks. August 2026

The room was very clean. Staff were lovely at all times. Greeted you with a smile and were always very helpful. The amenities were fantastic as were the restaurants and cafe. Tram stop only a five minute walk.
