Was disappointed during my last stay, and had hoped things had improved this stay. It’s obvious some renovation has happened but sadly the main building and ‘beach’ pool need a refurb. We did have some positive staff interactions but overall staff need to pay attention to detail - gardens and grounds (bottles left in flower beds, nappy on the lawn). Had to follow up on things. Still a beautiful location though.

Appreciate its casual dining but as a family of four ordering, with the arrival timing of different meals, different flow rate for guests, any additions required…. Every interaction involved leaving the table and standing in a long line at the bar. Disrupted a family meal quite a lot.
