It’s outdated curtains were stained, single bed was sinking asked for it to be replaced handyman apparently did something to fix it however same issue occurred. Shower door was closing properly water leaking everywhere, washing machine leaking and fridge was leaking. Location is great and pool area is amazing

The property itself is fine and in a central location. The whole check-in and check out process is not easy if you're driving and parking. There's no obvious and easy reception location as the whole complex is managed by different businesses. I guess Holiday Holiday do they best with what they've got.

Central location and good amenities, however very noisy at night due to clubs, furnishings are dated, curtains coming off railings and a sleeping bag for a blanket in the main bedroom. Pillows were very thin, had to fold over for comfort. Room smelt, tried airing it out… not what you would expect for money paid.

Great, comfortable and central family location.

Location and outlook over ocean and pool was excellent. Finding the parking was a bit of a trial but once found was good. A lot of walking to find the office to get the key. Clean and tidy with good bedding and everything a family would need. But, the very large slding door to the balcony fell off the rollers when I first opened it. Lost 3 hours getting that sorted and it was fixed the following day Washing machine failed to pump out on 3rd night so we took our wet washing home with us. Furniture dated & bathroom surrounds swollen from water damage. Comfortable but need refurbishment.

Good location. Nice pool area. Big apartment. Apartment was very different to the photos. Very outdated. No info at check in inregard to what the resort offers. Lift says pool is on level 2 however it is on level 5. We only found this out by going on the website. More signs are definately needed. If you hand your keys in and try to get your car out you cant use the lifts. Lifts are very slow and old. Moving your car and checking in and out are not quite as seemless as other places. Would prefer to stay elsewhere next time.

We booked this apartment for 3 nights. We arrived at 7:30pm out of check in hours. I brought groceries to cook dinner. Every single plate, pot, pan and piece of cutlery was soiled with dried food or had a greasy film over it. I had to go down to coles and buy washing up liquid, scouter and spray detergent and clean everything before I could cook. Also found rubbish under a bed, hair and scum in the bathroom, hair and dirt in the master bed. The apartment was also run down and old. Advised reception in check out, they weren’t interested, just told us they would inform housekeeping. I emailed them the next day as I wasn’t happy with the response. Asked them to refund the cleaning fee as it wasn’t clean and I had to do it myself which is unacceptable. They flat out refused. This company do not provide adequate cleaning services as advertised, so they’ve taken my money for nothing. I have used other agents to rent out in this building who have been fantastic to deal with. STAY CLEAR OF HOLIDAY HOLIDAY!

A great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Close to everything and supermarket downstairs made it so easy to stock up the kitchen with snacks and drinks. The apartment was so nice we had a magnificent view. Getting the key with a big suitcase from the 1st floor of the centre was a bit of a mission but otherwise a great stay.

I recently stayed at the Chevron Renaissance on the Gold Coast with Holiday Holiday as the host, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well set up with everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach all just a short walk away. The resort facilities were a highlight too, especially the pool and gym, which made it feel like a proper holiday escape. Overall, Holiday Holiday made the whole stay stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying at Chevron Renaissance with them and would happily book again for my next Gold Coast trip.

Was a little hard to find the office to begin with to check in. Called the lovely lady behind the desk and she directed me. The room was nice and was well equipped. The common areas were great. Pleanty to do within and there is a shopping mall underneath. Very central and close to a tram stop.
