Good value older style unit

We were in Broadbeach for a conference at the Convention Centre but paying for ourselves and so wanted somewhere cheap. Ideally located between the Centre and the beach with parking included. On the top (6th floor) of an older building but a large unit with perfectly adequate facilities, very friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location and value for money were great. Everything I needed worked but the room I was in was a little ‘tired’, the bathroom in particular needed some work. Overall an enjoyable stay which I would be happy to repeat.

Great communication leading up to our stay. Very accommodating, giving us extra free parking and a late check out. Lovely reception that was very helpful. Newly renovated and modern inside the apartment. A very comfortable stay for a great price. A great location just a stroll away to the beach and the best restaurants. Pool and spa was lovely and clean. I would stay here again.

Great Stay with a Homy Experience!

Great Location Apartment! Literally walking distance from everything, has fully functional kitchen, great for homy breakfasts or late night snacking! Also washing machine inside the apartment is greatbfor the linger stays, definitely would highly recommend.

Brilliantly located beach front apartment complex in the heart of Broadbeach. Close to dining, shops, transport. Quiet older block but renovated units comfortable furnished.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Had a small issue night 1, the staff tried to fix but couldn't so they moved our room and was no effort at all to do so. Close to the beach, the pool and spa were beautiful, the rooms are extremely generous and a balcony to enjoy the view. Will stay again. Thanks so much!

The property was not new but well maintained. Our accommodation was clean and everything was in good condition. The property is close to shopping areas and within walking distance of many restaurants. The beach is across the road from the property as are parks and walking paths. A very pleasant area to stay.

The room at first glance was pleasant with a lovely view of the ocean and park. It was so disappointing to find that the apartment was not that clean. There is significant Mould and rust in the shower that looks like it's been there for a long time. Bathroom floor was filthy. There was a hole in the blanket we used. Sliding door frames had not been cleaned - more mould. Fridge had fluff and dust clinging to it. Would never stay here again. It's a pity because location and view is perfect.

We had a nice stay at Hi Ho apartments. Our room was a little ‘tired’ and could’ve used some fresh paint and newer furnishings but overall it was clean. Staff were nice and helpful. The proximity of the property to the beach and Broadbeach shopping/restaurant precinct was definitely a positive. Thanks again!

Don’t think twice!

Me and my friends were there for just a night. The place itself makes you feel like at home. It was very clean and tidy. I loved the interior of the place. I left my wallet in the hotel which had all my important cards and also cash in the room. I got a call from them informing me about it. And they were able to give it to me afterhours which I appreciate very much. People there are marvellous. I would not think twice to go back there.
