Rooms left over from students accomodation are being used , which makes it low priced. It was clean room though small but God for a single person to spend a night

Very helpful staff, very freindly helpful student neighbours and slept well on king single. Apartment had all facilities and clean. Cheapest stay for that region. Would stay again and would reccomend.

Clean beds

Overall you get what you pay for. Wasn't in holiday was there for my sister who was in hospital and the Uni Village was within walking distance. Staff were lovely. And coffee at the Village Cafe was awesome.

terrible the room was hot no fan or air conditioning in room only fan was in main dining room the bed was uncomfortable and the neighbours were very nosy. felt like a jail cell. not worth the money at all

13 days no new sheets the kitchen was filthy

the 60lt garbage bin was full to the top with rotting food. The students who were in in office tried but the owners must have been deaf.

This room was nothing like the pictures on the internet, if I had known about the overall condition of this apartment I would definitely NOT have booked. Disgusting!!! Kitchen was filthy, there weren't any glasses of any kind, stove was disgusting, the bedrooms were stuffy and there were no fans or ventilation in there either and the pillows were so bad that we had to go any buy new ones.

Great location, how ever remember this is a university and comes with the noise and chaos and antics of one. I was on night shifts so wasn't distubed by the all night partying. I did how ever see the aftermath all around the grounds the morning after.

EXCELLENT ACCOMODATION

Safe secure quiet and perfect location for families needing something close to the hospital. Even though it is the Uni it was perfect. Staff really friendly and all noise quietens down in the evening. Felt safe and secure. Rooms perfect although mattress very firm.
