Encore is a very smart comfortable residence within easy walking of Cavill Avenue and the shops and restaurants of Broadbeach. The apartments are all very well spaced and equipped, and the lovely recreation area with gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfect for everyone to use.

Lovely property, the only issue was the third bedroom had no hanging cupboard, which was very strange...was it a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom and a study, with a bed in it?
