I did not stay long enough to make use of the amenities. The room was adequate but the shower in the bath seemed a little awkward and dangerous as there was nothing to hold on to getting in and out of the bath/shower (a handrail would have made it a little safer). The corridors were a bit dark at night with not a lot of lighting and there was absolutely no staff around after a certain hour. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked, until I found a bolt that was used to secure the door to the floor. The bed was nice but it only had a sheet on it and no doona. I eventually discovered the doona in a cupboard but it probably should have been on the bed. The stay was pleasant and I would probably stay there again. I understand by the look of all the equipment in the foyer that the site is about to undergo a refurbishment. I know that the door of my room was in desperate need of a paint as the adjoining room looked new whilst my door looked out of place. Hopefully next time, it is better.

The staff members at this hotel were very helpful, friendly and willing to provide any assistance required. The hotel room however, was somewhat satisfactory. The dining table was extremely dirty with multiples stains and scratches; the chairs were also of very poor quality with a heavy build up of rust. The walls were also quite dirty with many scratches and dirt grind. There was also a few insects and cockroaches found around the room. The balcony was decently clean and well-kept.
