We always stay here as a great apartment building. Sadly this time did not receive a free vip bottle of wine and the air conditioner did not work in the main bedroom which made it quite uncomfortable with 30degree days. We will still always stay here as it is a great spot hopefully next time get a better room.

Great location. The pool and spa area is beautiful, and the perfect temperature. 3 bedroom apartment was a great size for 6 people to stay in for a week. We will definitely be back again!

We love Broadbeach, the apartment was so close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants, gym, beach. The amenities were great and unlike a hotel, they were quiet! With us being a family of five, we loved being in a fully self contained apartment.

Great location and apartment was clean and very spacious for a 3 bedroom apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great pool and spa area. Shame about the demolition noise across the road but not Aria's fault.

The layout of the apartment was great, nice and spacious. But the age and condition of the furniture and the cleanliness of the apartment was a constant reminder that thousands of people had been there before us. Wouldn’t stay again.
