Best place to celebrate any occasions

It’s our second visit, the reservation person Miss Kubra , made our trip amazing every single times. The kebab dinner, the rooms and the breakfast, all was amazing. If you are Muslim and can not wear bekini like us, then you can not swim , it’s too sad. The to lush sauna and Turkish bath were great.

Free staging for Birthday was Big Surprise

I celebrated my daughter birthday which turn 3. The reservation woman Kubra was super helpful with the staging. The reception give us an extra bed for my baby. The pool side was so beautiful and almost packed. The poolside bar was open too. We had dinner mixed kebab plates, so good so yummy. Breakfast was perfect too. The breakfast staff looks tense but Ok. We also got the late check out 13:30. As a big family we enjoyed the pool , sauna dry and steam , new nice and the Turkish bath. So good. No free water and minibar was costly. My baby touched the lamp so I was charged for 750 TL for the lamp. So easy check in and love everything about this hotel. I felt the Antalaya vibe.

We only stayed 1 nite. It is an excellent hotel!!!! If we ever come back this way again, we would plan on staying at this hotel for at least 3 or 4 notes.

Rezervasyonu yaptıktan sonra ödemesi yapıldı diye biliyordum ama Hotels ile yapılan anlaşma gereği ödeme kapıda oluyormuş bunu girişte öğrendim ve hala öyle olup olmadığından emin değilim, dolayısıyla ilk golü burada yedim, ardından otele gündüz 5’te giriş yaptım ve her halimden damat olduğum belli olmasına rağmen bir ütü alamadım; tek bir beklentim vardı o da gömleğimi ütülemekti bu güne kadar daha varoş yerlerde kalmama rağmen ütü sorunu yaşamamıştım ancak bana odanıza göndereceğiz demelerine rağmen bir buçuk saat ütü gelmedi, sebebini sorduğumda ellerinde bir tane ütü olduğunu ve onu da müşteriden geri alamadıklarını söylediler. Uzun lafın kısası benim tecrübem kötü geçti beklentilerim karşılanmadı, bu otele dair tek iyi şey manzarasının güzel olmasıydı.

İyiydi ama gece yarısı şok içinde uyandık ve hiç uyuyamadık nişanlım çok korktu yan odamızda anlayamadığımız ve dışardan kapıya vurulma kavga oldu ertesinde hemen odadan çıktık.Aradığım halde resepsiyonu tamam dediler ama hiç oralı olunmadı anlayacağınız 1 gecemiz zehir oldu ve otelden çıktık.Sadece kusura bakmayın dediler.Gelen müşterilere bakılmıyormu nedir ne değildir?

A fuir! Ma chambre empestait la cigarette et il m’a été refusé de la changer Le wifi ne marche pas sans ID turques, faut aller au comptoir pour que l’employé ajoute sa propre identité Le petit dej très léger et pas frais Le personnel parle a peine anglais et les deux hôtesses du matin m’ont ouvertement manqué de respect car je ne parlais pas turques Je n’ai pas trouvé d’autres hôtel de libre à proximité sinon je serais parti et je n’aurais clairement pas passé une deuxième nuit ici
