“Cheap and cheerful. Somewhat faded and needs a bit of tlc. But great for the price.
Lovely decor in lobby, just like a Tibetan Buddhist monastery.
My room was very large (a twin) and very bright, with 3 windows. It was overlooking a playing field with trees. Vinyl flooring was good, I noticed other rooms had old looking carpets.
My bed was very comfy with clean linen. I slept great.
It is 5-10 mins walk from stupa so great location. And away from busy roads and noisy beeping, which was a...

“Stayed for 2 days and it was unmatched. Service was outstanding. The BNB itself was outstanding. Free breakfast served fresh. I will be back next time I am in Kathmandu. Absolutely lovely owner and staff. Highly recommend you stay here. A little tough to find but it is down that dead end Street. Paid 600nr for a taxi from the airport. Not more than that.”

“This is a very beautiful hotel with new, clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are quite nice - there is even artwork on the walls. It is also in a great location for food and souvenirs. You can walk to many places you might want to go to. I would highly recommend the Nepali Art Museum, which is close by.
