Razoavel, o predio precisa de uma boa reforma. O elevador é bem antigo e da para perceber que os quartos e banheiros também são. Mas uma reforma resolveria o problema. O cafe da manhã é bem simples mas gostoso.

Boa estadia.

Boa estadia. Porém o hotel precisa de reparos para manter o padrão costumeiro. Está necessitando de reforma. A equipe responsável pelo breakfast precisa repor mais rápido os alimentos e os pratos e talheres. No geral ainda satisfeito com a hospedagem.

Os funcionários mal humorados, sem vontade de atender os hospedes. A pessoa no check-in parecia estar desorientada. O hotel está com as instalações bem velhas, com aspectos de falta de manutenção e limpeza. O banheiro do nosso quarto estava com o ralo do box entupido, alagando o banheiro após tomar banho. No café da manhã não tinha funcionário de apoio. As mesas ficam sujas fazendo com que os hóspedes mesmo as limpe para tomar seu café. Não há reposição adequada. Se você chegar tarde, fica sem alguns itens.

Me colocaram num quarto que tinha uma porta para outro quarto, dava para ouvir tudo que o pessoal falava e eu, como mulher sozinha, me senti insegura sabendo que tinha dois ou três homens do meu lado, com uma porta no meio. Depois de duas horas resolvi descer e pedir para trocar de quarto. Trocaram. Mas se no anterior não tinha aquela banheira horrenda, nesse tinha. Banheiro estava sujo. Chão estaca sujo. Mas eu estava tão cansada que resolvi ficar. Já tinha ficado em dezembro, o café erra muito bom, com tudo fresquinho, dessa vez o café continuava com muita variedade, mas nada que comi era fresquinho. O elevador continua muito, muito muito assustador. E a lâmpada do meu andar só acendia quando eu já estava na porta do meu quarto, ainda bem que só passei na escuridão duas vezes. A localização é incrível, para quem só importa com localização é muito bom, mas o resto deixa muito a desejar. Muito mesmo.

muito boa.

Muito boa a estadia. Café da manhã muito bom. Só o banheiro com a banheira, dificulta bastante para idosos entrar e sair dela. Também é a segunda vez que hospedo aí, em casal, e colocam apenas uma toalha.

Péssimo atendimento

Péssima. O telefone e o ar-condicionado não funcionou, avisei na recepção e saí. Quando voltei, o telefone continuava sem funcionar, mas o ar estava ligado, a televisão e todas as luzes também (colocaram um papel no dispositivo que mantinha a luz acesa). Senti meio invadida, sabe? Consertava apenas o que foi pedido. Ao fazer o check-out, avisei à recepcionista, que me deixou falando sozinha e não avisou quando terminou o procedimento. Fiquei vários minutos esperando e só depois que minha amiga perguntou, ela falou que tinha concluído. Não volto mais para esse hotel nem indico para ninguém.

O hotel é bem localizado e estruturado, fomos bem atendidos e o café da manhã é ok 8/10, porém no quarto a cama não era confortável e muito baixa, o controle do ar com mal contato, o controle da tv também, não tem tomadas perto da cama e o Wi-Fi não funcionava direito.

Noite de Pânico

Não é a primeira vez que nos hospedamos lá.... Mas o hotel está piorando e despencando.... Quartos com cheiro de mofo: tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta para pararmos de tossir, água minando do teto e paredes do banheiro, lodo pra tudo quanto e lado.... Meu Deus! Ah... O elevador, vocês teme despencar, o café da manhã estava com casca de ovos no omelete, presunto velho, mesas sem limpeza e sem tirarem os pratos, copos, talheres e limparem do último usuário.... Infelizmente foi a última vez!

O hotel é bem localizado. Cheguei no meu quarto e estava sem toalha, logo sai do hotel e pedi para que o pessoal colocasse no quarto, cheguei depois de 3h e sem toalhas. Liguei pedindo para que trouxessem, mas falaram que eu precisaria descer para pegar. Desci, só havia toalha de banho. O secador de cabelo não estava funcionando e o conforto da cama não foi muito bom. Fora isso, o café é agradável.

As instalações são um pouco mais antigas, a tomada estava com fios expostos. No mais, foi uma boa estadia, tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado mas fomos atendidas assim que solicitamos. O café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento muito bom também.

Evitem!

Não tem como deixar de MAL avaliar o hotel. Querendo um hotel em que vc terá desgaste, e que quase tudo não funciona, é o lugar certo! Dificuldades enfrentadas: A) não consegui conectar o Wi-Fi de jeito nenhum; B) quando pedido cobertor, o mesmo estava com flagrante mal cheiro, não deu para usar; C) no primeiro dia faltou água pela manhã…não consegui nem lavar o rosto para ir para o café; D) no terceiro dia os elevadores (os dois) ficaram inoperantes. Enfim…é o barato que sai caro. Não recomendo mesmo. Para não dar nota ZERO, o café da manhã é bom e a localização também é muito boa.
