O hotel é de boa estrutura, porém a equipe não mostrou empatia dessa vez que estive. Estávamos hospedado aí para realização de procedimentos médicos. Demos entrada no hotel já era mais 2h da madrugada e o checkout seria no mesmo dia. Precisamos logo pela manhã nos ausentar para os afazeres clínicos necessários, então, pouco ficamos no hotel, e indagado na recepção se poderíamos permanecer até um pouco mas tarde, foram categóricos que o máximo de tempo para saída seria as 12h30. Não batesse a falta de empatia, verificamos a possibilidade do checkout tardio. Seria possível mediante o pagamento de meia diária e, ainda assim, teríamos que deixar o hotel até as 15h30. Sem o mínimo sentido pagar um checkout tardio para sair às 15h30. Então, dessa vez o hotel deixou muito a desejar. Recomendo aos leitores o Íbis Estação (que fica próximo). Lá posso dizer que a equipe é solícita e prestativa e respeitam o consumidor final.
