The staff was great. The restaurant was really really good. The facility was well maintained. My room was modern. The pool was nice. I got lucky one afternoon and was the only one at the pool. It was so relaxing. Overall, this is a very nice hotel in a city that is not known for its tourism. I highly recommend it.

A nossa estadia foi ótima! Conforto, limpeza, atendimento cordial, café da manhã com várias opções, pena que não tivemos tempo para aproveitar a piscina, academia e hidromassagem. Pretendo retornar em breve e aproveitar melhor as comodidades que o hotel oferece.

Disparado é o melhor hotel de Anápolis. Nunca reclamei de nada (só esse ano já fiquei 4 vezes). Mas, tive uma péssima experiência no check out (um único funcionário ficou atendendo, um grupo de 3 hóspedes estrangeiros por muito tempo). E também, ao pedir meu carro o mesmo veio “fervendo”, pois, estava em um estacionamento 100% exposto ao sol. Pagar a parte um estacionamento com uma diária cara para os padrões de Anápolis (R$ 16,00 é até barato, mas, é desaforo), para deixar o carro no sol, não tem muita lógica. Mas, continuarei me hospedando no Radison sempre.

Ótimo e já fiquei várias vezes

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto confortável e limpo. Apenas deixar a sugestão de melhorar a parte da piscina que está abandonada e o ofurô poderia ser coberto pois a água fica fria o tempo todo pelo vento e o local do bar não funciona. A sauna poderia permanecer ligada final da semana pois demora a esquentar. Por fim o café da manhã caiu muito a qualidade nas opções e variedades e muita demora ao fazer a taioca e o omelete e tiraram o pão com ovo.

O hotel tem excelência em tudo! Destaco o atendimento do Édson recepcionista no meu check-in as 23 horas (extremamente simpático e eficiente). Vou pontuar apenas duas coisas. A cobrança do estacionamento, apesar de barata, não existia tempos atrás, e acho que pelo valor da diária, poderia estar inclusa. E o meu check-out, já foi o oposto da chegada. Atendente ríspido e mal humorado, que sinceramente, não se parece em nada com o perfil do estabelecimento.

Foi uma estadia muito boa o local e bem organizado e confortável e o café da manhã perfeito,os funcionários bem educados. Tenho so uma observação a fazer na quesda limpeza das cadeiras da varanda fazia um bom tempo sem limpeza e maior capricho na limpeza das entradas da de água na banheira de hidromassagem ok.

Um hotel ótimo numa cidade bem boa

Hotel de alto nivel, com uma boa piscina, piscina aquecida (spa) e academia (pra quem nao pode ficar um dia sem, né?). O restaurante é de altissimo nivel, as camas confortáveis e o quarto grande e bem organizado. Bem localizado na cidade, num bairro "enobrecido" proximo de muitas atividades noturnas (bares e restaurantes)

O hotel é incrivelmente bem organizado. Todos os funcionários sabem prestar informações de forma tempestiva. A cama é super confortável, assim como o o quarto como um todo, só achei que fosse ser um pouco maior. A área da piscina não aproveitamos tanto mas é bonita! Eles tem uma brinquedoteca linda pra quem tem filho.

A estadia no geral foi agradável; porém tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado do quarto assim que chegamos e tivemos que trocar de quarto. A internet é muito lenta e não conseguimos nem assistir um filme. No 1° dia que estávamos lá o café da manhã não foi nada agradável porque tinham locado o salão do café da manhã para um evento e tomamos café da manhã em um salão improvisado e as mesas eram comunitárias porque não havia mesa para todos os hóspedes. A pia do quarto 1006 que estávamos estava entupida e do 605 que tivemos problema com o ar também estava entupida.
