O hotel é horrível. Não são capazes de prover talheres para que os hóspedes façam uma simples refeição. O funcionário que fica a noite, até 23h é extremamente gentil, porém o que fica o restante da noite é bastante grosso e mal educado. As funcionárias responsáveis pelo café, são educadas. O café da manhã tem apenas pão de queijo, ovos mexidos e misto (pão, presunto e queijo), além de sucos de polpa e saquinho, leite e café. É fraquíssimo. Além de tudo, esse hotel faz o que nem um outro faz: eles pedem um adiantamento de R$ 50,00 para garantir a diária, até 18h. Isso é absurdo, inadequado e inadmissível. Fiquei bastante decepcionado com o apartamento, também (paredes riscadas e sujas). Outro absurdo: cobram 5 reais por um edredor/cobertor. Isso é tenebroso. Não volto numca mais e aconselho aos leitores, que não fiquem nesse hotel.

Nossa estadia não foi muito agradável nesse hotel. A começar pela recepção. A falta de internet não deixou que o atendente nos dissesse qual seria o nosso quarto. Ficamos esperando por volta de 1h30 e mesmo assim fomos colocados em um quarto aleatório, e correndo o risco de termos que sair, caso ele já estivesse reservado para outro hóspede. O quarto não tinha ar condicionado e nem frigobar. O café da manhã também foi outra decepção. Quando chegamos ao refeitório, praticamente não mais alimento algum. Só havia pão de queijo. Uma quantidade ínfima de ovos mexidos. Sem condições. Por essa nossa experiência que tivemos, infelizmente, não recomendo.
