The rooms are good, the staff must be capable to communicate in English to ensure a better understanding from guests of different countries during the check-in process, informations, etc. I was at this hotel about three years ago and the new management seems to have made substantial improvements, repairs, etc.

O hotel/pousada é bem aconchegante. Possui uma equipe excelente na recepção, limpeza e cozinha, além de acomodações bem espaçosas. Possui estacionamento próprio caso o hóspede vá de carro. O cardápio do café da manhã eram muito bons. Os funcionários simpáticos e solicitos. O maior problema que tivemos na estádia foi na acústica dos quartos. Dava para ouvir muito o que acontecia nos outros quartos e corredor. Muito barulo nio final de semana que ficamos hospedados. Inclusive briga d casal às 5 da manhã... infelizmente.

Café da manhã era farto, bastante opções e boa qualidade. O estacionamento é um pouco complicado, algumas vagas são difíceis de manobrar e são limitadas. Quarto bom, chuveiro elétrico mas que supriu a necessidade. Hotel bom no geral, tendo em vista que fomos para o motogp o preço estava mais elevado que o normal.

Quarto pequeno , ar condicionado velho antigo com mal cheiro , portas e móveis do quarto com madeira descascando , estufadas com aparência que pegou água , frigobar velho barulhento , aparelho para pernilongos na tomada , que podem causar malefícios para saúde , um valão de águas nos fundos , sendo a paisagem da janela quando aberta ! Café da manhã excelente, mas não gostei muito da cama, para mim que estava em uma viagem longa não deu para descansar. Também achei os hóspedes do dia muito barulhentos, isso não é culpa do hotel, mas eles poderiam regulamentar a questão do silêncio respeitando os hóspedes que ainda tentam descansar.

quarto e camas muito confortáveis, localização ótima, equipe muito solicita e educada, café da manhã com muita variedade e tudo fresco. As áreas comuns são bem bonitas, a única coisa que eu não daria 10/10 é o estacionamento, pois não tem muitas vagas, mas o resto é tudo muito bom.
