The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that.

É um hotel com uma boa localização, bom café da manhã, porém o prédio é antigo, a limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar também, quando cheguei o quarto estava com cheio forte e mofo e o frigobar não estava prestando.

Na segunda estadia não tive uma experiência agradável, fiquei uma noite a mais, e não arrumaram o quarto, não trocaram às toalhas, a cama ficou do mesmo jeito que eu deixei de manhã, o lixo do banheiro ficou lá, muito ruim 👎 do dia 19 para o dia 20. Fizemos um comentário na recepção, infelizmente as respostas foram constrangedoras. Tem um detalhe, esquecemos um terço no quarto, aí a gente liga no hotel e eles atendem e desliga. Difícil avaliar isso, até o café da manhã é bom, mas a equipe, infelizmente não está preparada para atender os hóspedes que pagam pelos serviços, falta de preparo pela administração do Hotel em não investir no atendimento ao cliente. Muito ruim.

Quarto limpo no primeiro dia ,já no segundo dia não limpou porque a camareira não conseguiu entrar no quarto porque a porta estava com defeito,mas depois ela nos atendeu. O café e simples mas e bom,só precisa orientar a moça que organiza as mesas,pareceu muito insatisfeita com uma expressão ruim. Mas o rapaz do estacionamento e recepção foram excelente.Mas o hotel nós atendeu perfeitamente, índico sim.
