They liar in my reservation

They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful

La propiedad está casi en el centro de la ciudad y tiene un desayuno super bien completo, además del servicio de parqueo de autos gratis. La habitación no estaba tan buena pero tenía algo de confort , si un poco vieja pero bueno para descansar estaba bien . La vista muy buena en el piso 18. El personal muy amable y atento. Solo necesitamos una piscina , áreas de juego y un spa. Mejorar un poco las condiciones del local y será el hotel ideal

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Fronhas e lençóis com odores. Tinha uma barata morta no carpet. Maçaneta da porta estava estragada. O ar condicionado muito antigo, fazia mais barulho que motor a combustão, e nem tinha a opção de abrir a janela, já que são lacradas. O hotel em si parece estar falindo, nos elevadores espelhos estão quebrados, entre outros pequenos sinais de abandono. E o preço da diária é o de um hotel 4 estrelas. Não voltarei a me hospedar lá.
