They liar in my reservation

They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful

Experiência péssima

Pedintes e ambulantes invadindo a recepção do hotel e abordando os hóspedes enquanto aguardávamos cerca de 15 minutos para que os poucos manobristas que haviam conseguissem trazer o carro. Sensação de insegurança. Os funcionários da recepção simplesmente nada faziam enquanto os pedintes adentravam no hotel. Simplesmente ignoraram a situação. Não havia equipe de segurança e nem chamaram a polícia. Poucos manobristas, de modo que para buscar ou entregar o carro levava sempre cerca de 15 minutos, bem excessiva a demora. Manutenção ruim do hotel em geral: porta com problemas para fechar, elevador com espelho quebrado, dispenser dos banheiros quebrados. Cartão que vencia diariamente, sem aviso dos recepcionistas. Café da manhã faltando ovos mexidos nos dois dias. Frigobar sem itens para consumo. Tinha que comprar tudo no térreo, e não fomos avisados no check-in, antes de subir. Cortinas do quarto pequenas, sobravam espaços para entrar claridade no quarto. A impressão que dá é que a rede Oft, que assumiu a operação (antes era Mercure), não está preparada para lidar com hotéis de melhor nível, haja vista que os outros hotéis da Rede são de padrão inferior, e o Oft Alfre é administrado como tal: funcionários despreparados e sem treinamento, corte de custos com pessoal, contratando menos manobristas, sem segurança na entrada, recepcionistas sem um mínimo de treinamento etc. Caiu muito o padrão em relação à operação anterior.

Atendentes da recepção não são simpáticos.

O local fornece um berço portátil, então para quem vai com criança é bom. No entanto, o atendimento do pessoal da recepção deixa bem a desejar, não são simpáticos e parecem que sempre estão fazendo um favor para os clientes. Só o manobrista foi atencioso. Além de que emitiram minha NF errada e simplesmente não respondem mais.

Já havia me hospedado por várias vezes qd era o Mercure que era excelente , agora mudou a rede e achei que a manutenção do hotel está ficando a desejar , o vaso sanitário estava solto , faltando parafuso , alguns detalhes que pode voltar a ser oq era antes . Mas de resto não tenho nada a reclamar mto bom
