Toalhas bem velhas, pedi para trocar a de banho, que usei, que tinha um furo, e colocaram outra velha. Limpeza do banheiro bem a desejar. Dentro do box sujo no cantos e encardido. Alguns fios de fios de cabelos no chão do banheiro.
