A decent property with an excellent ecological focus (solar power). Well located near the major shopping centre and main motorway nearby for easy access. Rooms were small but adequate.

Amazing hotel. Small room but extremely well laid out. The breakfast is probably the best we've ever had! The attention to detail gives it a solid 10.. the only tiny thing we didn't like was the bed was a bit hard for my taste. I love having breakfast on the 10th floor with the great view of the city ... and being right next to the fancy shopping mall is a huge Plus. I really could not recommend it more, this was our second stay, and we moved from a suite hotel downtown because we missed how cute this place was, and my girlfriend just had to have their breakfast again!

O hotel é bom, a estrutura é boa e, até o momento do check-out, minha experiência estava sendo bastante positiva. Infelizmente, uma situação na recepção acabou estragando completamente a minha impressão sobre o atendimento. Fiz uma reserva para uma pessoa. No dia do meu check-out, minha namorada, que mora em Goiânia, foi até o hotel apenas para me ajudar a arrumar e retirar minhas malas. Ela permaneceu no quarto comigo por aproximadamente 2 horas e 30 minutos e depois iria embora junto comigo. Para minha surpresa, no momento do check-out, o funcionário da recepção informou que eu teria que pagar R$ 150 de taxa adicional simplesmente porque ela havia subido ao quarto. Se o hotel possui uma política de cobrança para visitantes, não vejo problema em cumprir uma regra que seja devidamente informada. O problema é que essa cobrança não foi informada previamente. Ninguém me avisou no momento da reserva, durante a hospedagem ou quando minha namorada entrou no hotel de que haveria uma taxa de R$ 150. Além disso, fiquei extremamente insatisfeito com a forma como o funcionário da recepção falou comigo. Em vez de explicar a situação de maneira educada e profissional, a abordagem foi bastante grosseira e desnecessária. Estou deixando esta avaliação justamente para que outros hóspedes saibam o que aconteceu. Ótimo custo-benefício.

O hotel é ótimo. O quarto bem confortável e bonito. O café da manhã muito bom e em um terraço bem bonito, agradável e com uma vista muito bonita da região. Apenas dois lençóis brancos com algumas manchas isoladas de sujeira e um desses lençóis com pequenos rasgos localizados, talvez pelo ferro de passar. Não prejudicou a estadia, mas deixo a sugestão de melhoria para o hotel.
