O hotel não tinha a minha vaga, escolhi 1 quarto com cama de casal, e não tinha esse quarto verificado no site do hoteis.com, tomei balho frio os dois dias, recepcionista despreparada para lidar com o público, luz do quarto queimada e a TV não funcionava, O hotel estava com um odor de insensso terrível, parecia cheiro de terreiro de macumba, quarto sujo, roupas de cama e travesseiros cheirando mal( cigarro e suor) enfim, o barato saiu caro. OBS: A unica coisa que tem de Bom no hotel é o cafè da manhã e a funcionária que prepara o café é limpa e educada o restante é nota 0. Para ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito.

Quarto limpo, porém achei a estrutura velha e antiga, mas entendi que o hotel é bem antigo mesmo, o quarto é de tijolinho. Ar condicionado antigo mas funcionou, camas barulhentas ao se mexer, a recepcionista um pouco perdida porque não encontrou minha reserva aqui na hotéis e fiquei esperando um tempo pra ser liberada, a região é perigosa já que fica no Centro ali na Av Anhanguera.
