I was looked out of my room for 45 minutes because the room key don’t open the door and their hand man couldn’t solve the issue . They changed me to a dirty room at 22:00 after i insist . And i have to move all my staff late after they managed to open the door . I have a 1 year old baby , this was a massive inconvenient . Also they charged me twice because their member of staff didn’t beleive that i paid to hotel.com website befohand . He didn’t bother to check properly . Also they have parties at the restaurant with very loud music until later than 22:00 . Plus on the corredor you could hear everything from the rooms , especially a couple making love.

Boa infra-estrutura, boa localização, boa limpeza, excelente café da manhã e espaço do quarto bom. Avalio minha estadia como boa, mas pelo preço que cobram é uma opção de baixo custo-benefício. Um dos dias não consegui utilizar a piscina por falta de organização da gestão, ficaram muitos funcionários realizando a poda de árvores sujando a piscina e a tornando indisponível. Levaram o dia todo pra finalizar o serviço. Não tem com quem reclamar nada, péssima gestão. Paguei pela infraestrutura toda e não pude usufruir. Não tive com quem reclamar, não recebi desconto, fiquei "largado". A piscina não é grande como na foto. Utilizam modelo de tratamento "em massa" do cliente, mas cobram como tratamento vip. Não há alguém da gestão para dar atenção, suprir alguma necessidade não planejada, organizar, direcionar, apenas pessoal operacional completamente absorvido em suas tarefas. Pessoal que cuida do café da manhã sobrecarregado. Recepção tem bom funcionamento. Outro problema é a quantidade de pessoas circulando, pois o hotel realiza vários eventos que recebem não hóspedes, que ficam próximo à piscina, de forma que não se fica à vontade para aproveitá-la. Preços altos nos itens de consumação e no cardápio do restaurante do hotel. Demora no preparo dos pratos no restaurante, nota-se claramente falta de funcionários. Pontuo o atendimento prestado pela funcionária Lene do café da manhã, muito atenciosa e prestativa. No geral é um bom hotel, mas que constitui opção de baixo custo-benefíci

Bom hotel em geral, café da manhã variado, bom atendimento. Precisa de atenção à manutenção dos quartos, sob pena de, num futuro não muito distante, ficarem em mau estado (ainda não estão).
