The indoor parking was tight and somewhat difficult to negotiate. But the did have indoor gated parking. The hotel was clean, the staff was very accommodating, and access to the main road was convenient.

Equipe de recepção deixa a desejar. Cheguei sozinha à noite, em torno de 22 h, e sequer me ajudaram com as malas. Nada receptivos. No dia seguinte só arrumaram meu quarto depois que pedi. Saí e voltei umas 16 h e o quarto ainda estava desarrumado Café da manhã bom! De resto, tudo ok.

O atendimento foi muito bom, os funcionários foram extremamente solícitos e nos ajudaram rapidamente com o problema do aquecedor do banheiro, que não estava funcionando. Por outro lado, a limpeza deixou a desejar. O banheiro não parecia estar totalmente limpo: havia lodo no box e encontramos cabelo de outra pessoa no chão. Escolhi o hotel pelas avaliações altas, mas, sinceramente, achei a experiência apenas mediana e não compatível com uma nota 4,7 estrelas. Além disso, para quem deseja ficar próximo de Goiânia, é importante considerar que o deslocamento leva quase 1 hora de carro.
