Suite incrível, super confortável e tecnológica com comandos de voz da Alexa. Hotel de fácil acesso e bem localizado. Porém, pecou no quesito café da manhã. Hotel de grande porte e ambiente muito pequeno para hóspedes. Quem estava sentado, tinha que comer rápido para dar espaço para outros que esperavam em pé.

Ao chegar na recepção me falaram que o hoteis.com teria feito minha reserva errado pois o hotel estava lotado e não teriam quarto para me receber. Depois de um grande desgaste e conflito, me levando a um alto nivel de stress me arrumaram um quarto. Goiania estava lotado e não tinha outro hotel para me hospedar, eu amava ficar nesse hotel. Mas depois desse ocorrido e descaso com o hospede nunca mais me hospedo. O atendente apenas me falou que não poderia fazer nada por mim, e pra eu reclamar com o hoteis.com
