Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Finally, when checking in they asked for more money with the excuse that I not stayed with the chain earlier. I have not recived the final bill yet due to the fact that the system was down when checking out - going to be interesting to see

Rent og pænt værelse med hav udsigt. Dejligt pool område med god plads, hvorfra der også er havudsigt. Alt er på tysk, og personalet taler primært også kun tysk, ganske få kunne tale engelsk. Hyggelig lille ferieby helt ud til vandet med en flot natur omkring sig.

Wir hätten uns sehr über mehr Service und Qualität gefreut. Es fehlte die hotelübliche Saunatasche im Zimmer und pro Person wurde nur ein einziges Handtuch, für den Saunabereich, zur Verfügung gestellt. (Üblicherweise sind es zwei Handtücher.) Es lagen zwei unterschiedliche Sorten Bademäntel im Zimmer (einer hatte ein Muster und war rau, wie Sandpapier/ der andere war ohne Muster und hatte weicheren Stoff). Der eine Bademantel hatte eine abgerissene Schlaufe und an dieser Stelle ein Loch (ein "no go" im Hotelbereich). Im Wellnessbereich gab es keine zusätzlichen Handtücher, keine Schmutzwäschebehälter für die verwendeten Handtücher. Die Getränkeversorgung im Saunabereich wurde mittels eines billigen Baumarkt Wasserspenders, mit Einweg-Spitzpappbechern, abgehandelt. Es gab kein Obst, keine Nüsse, keine Bodylotion, keine Wohlfühldüfte, kein Endspannungssound. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ok/ ausreichend und das dort eingesetzte Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und fleißig. Die Zimmer waren etwas altbacken/ 90er Jahre Style. Leider gab es auch Silberfische im Zimmer/ auf dem Kopfkissen. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir hörten das Personal beim Putzen der Nachbarzimmer. Die Lage und Umgebung waren ganz wundervoll.

Keine Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer!

Es war perfekt, wie generell in einem Travel Charme Hotel. Als negativ, muss man allerdings erwähnen, dass es keine Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern gab. In der Zimmerbeschreibung wurde diese aber als vorhanden ausgewiesen. Ist nicht richtig!

Ich war in Begleitung im Hotel. Soweit es das Hotel betrifft, war alles okay. Problematisch war das Abendessen. Bedingt durch Corona wurde ein einziges 4-Gänge-Menü zum Preis von 28 € pro Person angeboten. Da wir abends nicht so viel konsumieren wollten, hatte ich vorgeschlagen, nur einen Teil aus diesem Menü zu bekommen oder nur ein Menü für 2 Personen. Der Chef des Hotels hat das abgelehnt. Also haben wir auswärts gegessen. Am letzten Abend haben wir dann doch im Hotel gespeist, um uns ein Bild zu machen. Meine Einschätzung: 1. Vorspeise: Entgegen Menükarte wurde Feldsalat anstelle von Rucola serviert, 2.Suppe: Mecklenburger Kartoffelsuppe viel zu salzig, 3.Hauptgang: Wildragout zerkocht, Spätzle angebraten Die Nachspeise war lecker. Und: Überzogene Preise für Getränke. So haben wir es richtig gemacht, in verschiedenen Gaststätten angemessen und gut zu speisen. Ansonsten freundliches Personal, schöner Innen-Pool und ausreichend Möglichkeiten, sich außerhalb des Zimmers in der Hotelanlage aufzuhalten.

Wunderbare Auszeit

Einer meiner schönsten Hotelaufenthalte. Das Personal ist sehr um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste bemüht. Besonders gut gefiel mir der Pool mit seinem Außenbereich, wo man den Wellenschlag entspannt lauschen konnte. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts. Zimmer sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Für Gäste wurde eine Hotelführung angeboten. Toll, hier den Kulissen zu schauen. Sicherlich werde ich hier nochmal Gast sein.

Ein sehr schönes Urlaubserlebnis

Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit einem Begrüßungsgetränk empfangen und fühlten uns von Beginn an wohl. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, das Personal stets freundlich und das Zimmer im Nebengebäude komfortabel. Der Weg zum Strand war recht steil, aber gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Überrascht waren wir von den günstigen Preisen im Restaurant. Das Essen schmeckte hervoragend und der Ausblick von der Terasse war, wenn auch nur mit seitlichem Meerblick, sehenswert. Das inbegriffene Frühstücksbuffet ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna (21 Uhr) und Badelanschaft (22 Uhr) waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu kurz. Insgesamt ein sehr überzeugendes Hotel, welches wir sicherlich wieder besuchen werden. Zum grönenden Abschluss gab es für die Heimreise sogar ein kleines Lunchpaket.

Hervorragendes Wochenendquartier

Das Hotel hat sich als ideales Quartier für eine Wochenendreise auf die Insel Rügen erwiesen. Die Angestellten im Hotel waren allesamt überaus freundlich und daran interessiert, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Absolut überzeugend und beispielhaft für dieses Hotel war die Restaurantleiterin, die sich persönlich um das Wohlergehen der Gäste kümmerte und Fragen schon vor der Formulierung erahnte und sich kümmerte. Ich werde hier auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Die Lage an der Steilküste ist ebenfalls toll, sofern man einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist
