Ok stay - both good and room for improvement

Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available.

In einem Hotel mit 4 Sternen, erwartet man fĂŒr sein Geld dann doch etwas mehr. Unser Zimmer war leider sehr laut und sehr zugig - ein Fenster hat nicht richtig geschlossen ( da der Griff abgebaut wurde, konnte man auch nichts daran Ă€ndern ) und so war es nicht nur kalt, sondern hat auch immer dieses WindgerĂ€usch erzeugt. Es schien als wĂ€re das auch ein Durchgangszimmer und im Nachbarzimmer wurde bis nach 24:00Uhr eine Party gefeiert. Durch die DurchgangstĂŒr hatte man das GefĂŒhl, man ist live dabei. Wenn man in das durchaus schöne Foyer betritt, bemerkt man unweigerlich den penetranten Chlorgeruch des Spa Bereiches. Dieser Geruch zieht sich bis in die 2. Etage. Der Spa Bereich ist fĂŒr die GĂ€steanzahl allerdings viel zu klein dimensioniert. Eine Sauna war defekt, deshalb hat sich bei unserem Besuch alles auf eine Sauna konzentriert. Bedeutete fĂŒr uns, anstehen und warten. Es sind 8 GĂ€steliegen vorhanden und man hat keine Chance, sich im Schwimmbereich auf eine Liege zu legen. Der Service ist fĂŒr ein 4 Sterne Hotel unterirdisch. Die Kellner waren total ĂŒberfordert und haben es nicht einmal fertig gebracht, uns an einen freien Tisch zu bringen und diesen von den vorherigen GĂ€sten abzurĂ€umen, damit wir 19:30Uhr unser Essen einnehmen konnten. Von der GetrĂ€nkebestellung mal ganz zu schweigen. Nach mehrmaligem bitten, uns endlich die Weinkarte zu bringen, wurde reagiert. FĂŒr ein Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie wirklich untragbar. Definitiv fĂŒr uns nicht noch einmal eine Reise wert.

Fast ein Traum

Ein wunderbar gelegenes Hotel mit einem fantastischem Spa-Bereich, das unter Personalmangel leidet. Ganz hervorragendes FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbĂŒffet, gute QualitĂ€t der Speisen, umsichtige und engagierte MitarbeiterInnen. Das Restaurant bietet ein einziges 3-Gang-MenĂŒ (man darf auch nur einen Gang davon nehmen), keine Ă  la Carte Auswahl und sehr grelle Beleuchtung. Die Bar ist nett, aber manchmal nicht geöffnet - aus Personalmangel. Die Zimmer sind schön schlicht eingerichtet, toller Parkettboden, gute Betten, z.T. frisch renovierte BĂ€der. Ein Highlight sind die Wellnessbehandlungen durch kompetente, sehr, sehr freundliche und sympathische Expertinnen. Hier möchte ich wieder hin! Wenn es gelĂ€nge, mehr Personal zu gewinnen, wĂ€re es ein Traum. Ich drĂŒcke die Daumen.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Beide waren sehr sauber, gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe und schön eingerichtet.Personal war freundlich. Schade fanden wir es nur das die beiden Zimmer auf unterschiedlichen Etagen waren.

Wunderschönes Haus mit langer Geschichte und einem Aussichtsturm. Zimmer und gesamtes Hotel sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Toller Blick auf das etwas weiter entfernte Meer. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war fantastisch, nur frisches Bircher MĂŒsli hat gefehlt. Der Fitnessraum hĂ€tte besser ausgestattet sein können. Zu wenig GerĂ€te und das eine was da war, war schwer und nicht intuitiv bedienbar. Ansonsten sehr ansprechender Spa mit tollem Pool. Ausgesprochen nettes Personal im gesamten hotel, das ist nicht selbstverstĂ€ndlich fĂŒr die Ostsee Region. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir werden im nĂ€chsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Sehr gutes FrĂŒhstĂŒck, schöner Wellness Bereich und Ostseebad Göhren hat uns im September besonders gut gefallen, weil es nicht so ĂŒberlaufen war, wie benachbarte Orte wie Sellin und Binz. Der Strand war im Vergleich auch wirklich am schönsten und saubersten. Unser Zimmer im Hotel war sehr gerĂ€umig.

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals waren einfach super! Im Zimmer fehlte ein Schuhanzieher und die Matratzen waren unbequem da sie durchgelegen waren!

Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Eine große Auswahl an Speisen bezĂŒglich des FrĂŒhstĂŒcks; fĂŒr jeden was dabei. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen.
