“Fantastic stay. Single room, 2 nights. Excellent rate. Recently refurbished. Layout was perfect for a small space, somehow they fit in a large modern shower with waterfall head! Fan provided, window opened wide to keep room cool. Staff were lovely and happy to help with anything. Free parking at the back of pub. 2 mins to centre or harbour. Would 100% stay again :)”

“Great location - walking distance to town centre for shops and restaurants and cafes - short drive to beach. Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly. Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants. Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems. All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again.”

“What a lovely stay run by a lovely couple. A quirky friendly B&B within easy walking distance of town ( a little up hill on the way back) Beautiful garden full of interest. A perfectly cooked breakfast in the morning made using good quality produce. Along with cereals, yogurts and juice. Homely and clean. You really felt like a guest rather than just another number moving through. They have two small friendly dogs but kept them out of the way for a guest who felt nervous around dogs....

“We had a very comfortable stay in a twin room with a huge bathroom (no sea view). The room was clean and had everything we needed including a fan (although I had to clean it before use). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Boat House is nice and close to the beach and both Ryde and Seaview are walkable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.”

“The twin room offered a good sized space for a European property, but otherwise was very disappointing as it was shabby and dated. I knew from the pictures not to expect luxury but it was less attractive in person. The building had the feel of an old roadside motel and I would not have felt safe or secure there if I had been traveling alone.
