Wonderful property and location, a short walk to the square at the centre of town. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly and had good suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We would love to return and stay longer next time!

Don’t hesitate to book this Bed and Breakfast, the rooms are extremely clean as well as the entire property. Super friendly greeting upon arrival it’s a must stay if you’re in the Goderich area. Very easy walk to the downtown as well.

If you need a base to explore the east coast of Lake Huron the Colbourne B&B is ideal. The hosts are welcoming and the facilities are very good for the price. Town centre 6-7 min walk the beach about 20 min walk. Highly recommended.

Lovely place with super hosts

Lovely place with nice garden in the back. Great breakfast but don’t expect a huge buffet. They give you small delicious servings, different each morning. I was in the area for work and got early breakfast on request. It’s an old house with thin walls and quirky floors, but I didn’t get disturbed by other guests. The town is sooo lovely, you must visit! I recommend a swim in the sunset.

The property owners were very nice and helpful, answering all our questions about the city (it was the first time for us to visit Goderich) and giving us all kind of information about the city and its history. The breakfast was amazing and very professionally presented. The weather has been warmer than usual and we got the chance to walk around the little town. The house is old but very well maintained and the upgrades are all modern. We will return to this place in the future.

Lovely place! My room was spotless clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having the creamer in the fridge for the coffee I could make in my room. There was also a large carafe of water in the fridge which was also a nice touch. Connie gave me a great restaurant rec (Train station by the water) and I had an amazing dinner and watched the sunset. It was a perfect end to a long travel day. I slept well and Emilio’s made a delicious breakfast that exceeded anything I have ever gotten at a B and B. This is a lovely sweet home run by a couple who clearly care about their guests and strive to make everything perfect… and it was! Will stay here again when I travel thei Goderich. Loved it!

This is a lovely bed and breakfast. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and every guest need seems to have been anticipated. They kindly accommodated our request to bring dinner in last night and set a lovely table in the dining room for that as well as for the delicious breakfast that was served this morning. The food was outstanding! This is a warm and elegant home. Our room was well appointed, the bed and bedding very comfortable and again every need anticipated and provided for. The property is well located on a quiet street within walking distance of the town square and all the dining and shopping on offer there. Many outdoor activities and points of cultural and historical interest are available nearby as well. Parking is available on the street at the B&B as well as at the town square. We felt very safe in this area. We had a wonderful stay here and would love to return again in the future. Thanks for everything Connie and Emilios. It was such a pleasure meeting you both!

The hosts were kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We were surprised that each room had its own bathroom. They put a lot of care and effort on lovely breakfast. The property was beautiful and just a minute walk from the Court House Square. We went to Goderich for a concert held in the square, so the location was perfect. Pretty beach area was a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed shopping at Farmers market in the morning before heading home.

Fabulous stay

Just a lovely place, a beautiful Victorian house. We very much enjoyed staying here. Connie and Emelios were very friendly. Breakfast was absolutely amazing everyday. Highly recommend.
