Outstanding hotel with extremely helpful staff. Our room was large very comfortable and charming. Local very convenient to the major interests, especially the town square and the cathedral. Breakfast was wonderful, all good and more than we could ask for.

Went to Gniezno on a whim, this was the only hotel with vacancies. Lucky find for both! Hotel was very good value - excellent breakfast - with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Dedicated parking in a street round the corner 2 minutes away but enough space in front of the hotel to unload. Gniezno also was a little gem - small but they've made the most of it. Pleasant, scenic little town with lots of trails following the kings/rabbits (ask) to give some purpose to wandering. Will definitely go to both Gniezno and Hotel AWO again

Excellent place to stay

Wonderful family run hotel, that made you feel very welcome. Nice touches in the room like towels wrapped in a bow and fresh fruit. Home cooked food too.

Familläres Hotel in der Stadtmitte

Wir waren bereits öfters in diesem Hotel, und fühlen uns dort wohl. Wer den Luxus sucht ist in diesem Hotel falsch. Doch zum übernachten auch für mehrere Nächte ist das Hotel prima geeignet. Vor dem Hotel stehen vier öffentliche Kopfparkplätze zur Verfügung die tagsüber in der Zeit zwischen 09.00-18.00 Uhr gebührenpflichtig sind. Aber 2 Zloty die Stunde sollte verkraftbar sein. Da wir am Abend angereist waren haben wir umsonst geparkt wir sind vor neun wieder abgefahren. Ansonsten bietet das Hotel noch einen bewachten Parplatz an, der nur eine Straße weiter liegt. Dafür muss man dann 20 Zloty bezahlen. Auch generell ist jedoch die Parksituation in Geniezno relativ entspannt. Man findet überall Parkplätze für kleines Geld oder auch kostenfreie. Das Hotel hat eigentlich alles was man braucht und das für kleines Geld. Wir haben zu dritt übernachtet mit Frühstück für 42 Euro. Wlan ist auch kostenfrei vorhanden und funktionierte gut. Die Zimmer verfügten sogar über einen Föhn und Kühlschrank das kennen wir nicht von jedem Hotel auch nicht in n Deutschland. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend es gab unter anderem sehr leckeres Rührei und Pfannekuchen. Die Tische wurden pro Zimmer gedeckt und Ei und Pfannekuchen wurden auf Anfrage frisch gemacht also kein Buffet. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sprach auch Englisch.
