“Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. We loved our 6 nights there and highly recommend it as a base fir exploring the region, or a spot for just chilling out.”

“The room was comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities, there was also draws and hangers for your clothes, there was parking but i didnt use it cause i came by train the station was near to the hotel 2 mins walk, the breakfast (which i didnt have) seemed ok there was cereals, pan au chocolate, i dont know if there was a cooked breakfast because i needed to catch an early train which was before breakfast started but the lady left me out some pastries for me take which was a nice gesture. “We had a lovely night stay. Everything was perfect. Everything you could ask for was at your fingertips, Mark and Howard are excellent hosts.”

“I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀”
