Love this place! Have stayed here several times over the years. The room was nice with a good view of good harbor beach. Staff was very nice and accommodating, my only complaint was that upon arrival my room was already sandy including the comforter on the bed and a dead fly or two in the bathroom.

Nice place. Quiet and peaceful. Comfy beds. Cooking facilities were coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Pool was heated and clean. Breakfast was basic , continental. No hot items. Friendly, helpful staff. Supermarket and liquor store 5 minutes walk away. Nice view of the coast. Gloucester was a 20 mins walk away.

The staff were a large part of why I will stay here again and had such a good experience there. Sandy in particular, but also the woman in the cafe, were so lovely and helpful. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the beach and some stores. It’s on a hill so it also has a beautiful view. It’s not a fancy hotel but has all the necessary amenities and has been well maintained. The room we stayed in was older but the small kitchen was completely functional, the beds were comfortable and the temperature easily controlled. Highly recommend

We had a very comfortable stay at The Vista. The rooms were very clean and well laid out. The food in the restaurant was top notch The free breakfast is exceptional. The sunset was gorgeous over the bay.
