The Hotel was very easy to find just a few minutes from j11 off the M5 The room was very nice very clean with a very comfortable bed. We only stayed the one night , Breakfast was a good selection buffet style choice and the staff were all polite & friendly. We will definitely book again when visiting in Gloucestetv

As a family we have stayed at this hotel a number of times now, as it is a great stop off point for us on the way to Cornwall. The staff are very helpful and polite, the hotel itself is very clean and spacious, and the swimming pool, whilst being small, is a great attraction for us. The only thing I would say is that if you want dinner in the restaurant then it is imperative that you reserve a table ahead of time, otherwise it will likely be fully booked.

This is the second time at this hotel and it just delivers. Lovely breakfast, great facilities like the pool and sauna and comfy room. Certainly will book again if we are visiting Gloucester which says it all.

One of nicest bunch of staff have met at a hotel. Very hardworking, diligent and actually care about their guests. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and gym were excellent. Only issue was on checkin as it took a very long time as a couple guests were having payment and suite issues. Parking is close by, food in restaurant was perfect and breakfast had a lot of choices. This hotel takes good allergies super serious and lots of dairy gluten free options available- we were sad to leave

Whilst a little out of town this is a great place for a north/south stopover. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts in a while, compared to many a higher end hotel chain. Tasty, hot (most important) and good quality.

Surprised by the quality of the room and had a comfortable night's sleep. Air con was working well, TV was good, bathroom with a bath was bright and modern. Food and drinks are on the expensive side. Staff did a good job of welcoming us. Be warned, it does say on the listing, rooms on the 1st floor do not have lift access, so if you struggle with stairs worth making a deliberate accessibility request. We made this booking at the last minute, room was ready and in grand condition, with beds and sofabed made up fresh in no time at all.
