The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however we had to hand in the room key whenever we left which we felt a little uneasy about, and the shower drain was so blocked, the shower tray filled up very fast.

Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es keinen Parkplatz am Hotel. Das Bettlaken war zu kurz, sodass die sehr alte Matratze nicht vollständig bedeckt war. Das empfanden wir als sehr ekelig. Der Teppich war sehr fleckig und es riecht im Zimmer unangenehm muffig. Die Zimmertür ließ sich nur schwer abschließen, da sie augenscheinlich bereits aufgebrochen wurde. Das haben wir als unsicher empfunden. Insgesamt besteht im ganzen Haus ein großer Investitionsstau. Lediglich der Aufzug ist neu, jedoch geht er nur bis in die dritte Etage, sodass man die Koffer trotzdem über die recht steile Treppe tragen muss. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, jedoch ist es dadurch sehr laut im Zimmer.

Et meget greit overnattingsted i Gliwice. Har bodd der flere ganger og må si at det er et veldig trivelig hotel. Og en smilende og hyggelig betjening. Når det i tillegg er et meget rimelig overnattingsted burde saken være klar.

Das Zimmer war direkt an der Hauptstraße und der Verkehrslärm allgegenwärtig. An 05.00 Uhr war die Nacht zu Ende. Um einzuchecken muss man auf den Gehweg fahren wenn man das Gepäck nicht von großer Entfernung zum Hotel zu transportieren. Die Kissen waren unbequem.

Das Diamentbist jetzt nicht das klassische Luxushotel und die Einrichtung ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist perfekt! Wenn man einen sauberen Platz zum Schlafen sucht, kann man dieses Hotel ohne weiteres buchen. Es liegt fußläufig zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Gliwice Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Poyztyne wrażenia z pobytu

Czystość w pokoju, wygodne i duże łóżko i przede wszystkim bardzo miła obsługa to plusy hotelu. Minusem jest płatny parking poza hotelem, nieczynna restauracja i propozycja śniadań poza hotelem (około 100 metrów). Pomimo minusów oceniam hotel pozytywnie. Jeszcze raz podkreślę bardzo miły i uprzejmy personel hotelu.
