Comfortable room in a quiet part of town

A good hotel in a quiet light industrial area of the town. Our room was very comfortable, and breakfast was included, always a bonus. Staff helpful and friendly.

Das Zimmer war für 1 Übernachtung sehr gut, man könnte auch länger bleiben. Obwohl es in einem Gewerbegebiet liegt empfanden wir es als sehr ruhig. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei

Mitten im Industriegebiet, als Titelbild war ein großes Haus in Natur gesehen. Verarbeitung im Bad war unterirdisch, teilweise Dinge nicht richtig montiert. Halter der Toilettenrolle hing an einer Schraube, die Toilettenbürste stand auf dem Fußboden und war abmontiert. Räumlichkeiten auch insane, Türen zum Büro oder der Räume für das Personal standen offen und waren echt dreckig. Und jetzt kommt der Höhepunkt: das Frühstücksbuffet war zum einen super klein und nicht schön anzusehen, aber was noch viel schlimmer war, dass in den Plastikkaraffen in denen Saft war Schimmel im Deckel war. Der Deckel war genau wie die Karaffe durchsichtig. Völlig unverständlich wie man das da so hinstellen kann. 110€ für eine Nacht wo man nichtmal Frühstücken kann, weil Schimmel zu sehen ist ist einfach wirklich bodenlos.

Kein Kühlmöglichkeit für Getränke. Südseite sehr warm. Ab ca. 5 Uhr Straßenlärm. Die Zugangstür zur Treppe/Flur fällt in der oberen Etage laut ins Schloss! Dämpfung defekt. Betten gut; Sauberkeit i.O.; Frühstück i.O.; Parkplatz am Haus möglich

Das Hotel im Gewerbegebiet ist relativ ruhig. Es ist wohl eine Anlaufstelle für Montagemitarbeiter. Parkplätze vorhanden, jedoch relativ eng. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind allesamt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war zwar sehr klein aber absolut ok. Das Frühstück war nicht unser Geschmack. Es wurde zwar immer schnell nachgefüllt, die Wurst und Käse waren jedoch das allerbilligste was zu bekommen ist. Obst frisch, Brötchen alt. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten traf ebenfalls nicht unseren Geschmack. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ok und in 5 min. Entfernung befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.

Service beim Check-In nicht akzeptabel

Der Check-In war nicht akzeptabel. Angeblich war die Buchung nicht im System des Hotels. Anstatt dass das mit dem Buchungsportal geklärt wurde, musste ich mich rechtfertigen, dass ich überhaupt gebucht hätte. Man verlangte nicht nur die Buchungsbestätigung von mir, sondern ich musste sogar direkt an der Rezption den Beleg an das Hotel weiterleiten. Da die Übernachtung sogar im voraus bezahlt war, war das alles nicht nach zu vollziehen. Man steht unendlich lange an der Rezeption, bekommt kein Zimmer, muss den eigenen Rechner hochfahren, um zu beweisen, dass man überhaupt gebucht hat. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung, alles sehr unfreundlich und nicht kundenfreundlich - ich werde hier nicht wieder buchen. Man fühlt sich nicht als Gast und willkommen, sondern scheint nur ein Problembereiter zu sein. Keine Sorge, es gibt ausreichend andere Hotels!

Für einen Kurztrip völlig in Ordnung. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, das Zimmer zweckmässig und sauber. Das Bett bequem. Es fehlt irgendwie ein Automat für Getränke oder kleine Snacks. Die nächste Tankstelle mit Kaffee und Frühstück in etwa 5 Autominuten erreicht. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen. Die Lautstärke des Nachbarparkplatzes war etwas störend. Mit Fenster zu hing es dann wiederum. Dusche super geräumig. Unschön war die Begrüßung durch das Personal. Adresse und Name sollte auf einen Zettel, wo schon andere komplett drauf standen und das Laken hatte einen Fleck…

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, der Chef scheint auch bemüht. Aber die Rezeption ist am Abend mit einer Mitarbeiterin besetzt, die Freundlichkeit und Lächeln als unnötig erachtet. Ich hatte direkt Lust, mir wieder ein anderes Hotel zu suchen.
