Breakfast was good. Eggs were great. Same thing everyday. The room key kept deactivating and the door was hard to open. I did like the proximity to the river and there was a Dairy Queen nearby. I didn’t get a checkout receipt when I turned in the keys even though I asked for one. I had to request one through the chat in Expedia. That process could have been better.

The hotel it’s located in a very beautiful location by the river. They definitely deserve five star not a three star. The only problem we had was the mattress was terrible very old. Had a hole in the middle. The back springs and the metal were broken damaged they refused helping us just think about sleeping in the mattress for six nights. It was horrible.there’s nothing could do about it And we told them that to fix it, they didn’t want to they refuse they told us go ahead and posted it on a website we don’t care about it. The management and the staff were horrible. I will not recommend anyone staying there more than a night if you don’t wanna destroy your back. The rooms are very clean

You can hear every TV and conversation in the next room, and the hotel is NOT on the river. False advertising- it's nowhere close to the river. There is another hotel on the river that we will be staying at next time.
