We loved this hotel! The staff was wonderful and breakfast was great and loved the location! We would definitely stay there again! Our room felt a little warm at times but not enough to truly bother us! Absolutely loved this hotel!!

The hotel receptionist / manager was amazing - I had my car clamped because I was 2 hours late to pay for street parking and had a plane to catch and the payment website was down and I couldn’t make a call - she used her personal phone and called and even though they transferred her to a automated payment number that didn’t work three times, she called them back and gave them hell and made the person take my payment info verbally and got it taken care of - she saved my bacon!!!

Great location, pleasant room and decor. Everywhere walkable and only a few minutes from the bus and tram. Staff friendly and helpful. The only negative has to be the lack of air conditioning or any temperature control. There was a small desktop fan in the room and windows could be opened slightly. It wasn’t particularly warm outside but the room was sweltering hot. Other than that, we had a good stay.
