Everything was just so straight forward when we got there, staff was lovely, rooms were very clean, beds are comfy. Great place to stay and it’s very quiet also. I will certainly be back to stay here.

The rooms are lovely , very clean and modern , the showers are excellent and the overall standard of the Hotel very good . There was a distict lack of staff at breakfast where i warched one woman stand waiting for at least 15 mins .waiting for someone to help her .

Business trip to Scotland. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at; great staff, clean, well appointed room, reasonably priced, good food well presented.

Highly recommend this hotel.

Brilliant weekend stay. The staff could not be friendlier. The hotel is spotless the cleaning lady is always on the go! Lovely room and breakfast/dinner meals were of a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice. It was comfortable and clean. The only two notes are that the shower head was not detachable, making it very difficult to use and the window in the room wasn't properly soundproofed. The hotel is close to a major traffic artery, so if you're a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room away from the road.

Wedding quest

Visited for a friends wedding and the hotel was absolutely lovely. It was gorgeously decorated for christmas. The staff couldnt have been more helpful. We had a very comfortable room and breakfast in the morning was the perfect cure for a hangover

I needed a hotel location convenient for business. This place fitted the bill. First impressions; Recent refurbishment is to a good standard.Bar/Restaurant area is attractive and contemporary with quirky features. Pleasant vibe, friendly and helpful staff. Service good.Bedroom was adequate. Bathroom very good, liked the heated mirror so after showering there was a clear view. Always wary when confronted with snacks for sale, rip off. A gratis bottle of mineral water would be a nice touch and within the scope afforded by the price of the package. Breakfast was average. Overall overpriced when compared to recent stays to hotels in and around Glasgow. 6/10
