Very helpful staff on arrival and departure. Lovely and clean. From a person point of view not having windows was a little disorientating but this isn't a fault merely a preference and we would have preferred a comfortable seated area when returning in the evening.

The room is clean, but yet incredibly small. There was no breakfast air-conditioning came from the door. The front staff was one person that stood by the computer that helped you who was very nice. It was very centrally located near transportation and grocery stores.

This is the 3rd time that I've stayed at this hotel as a solo traveler. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. This was particularly evident this trip as Fraser was always very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, pubs, best sites to visit in Glasgow and other locations throughout Scotland. He was just an awesome host. The rooms are always clean and everything in the room worked just fine. I'll be going back again next year and look forward to my stay at this same hotel.
