Location great for a lot of arts and music venues. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Lots of sockets, decent TV and great powerful shower. One small thing that bugged me: I wish the tea/coffee-making stuff was on a tray as it was all on a shelf in the wardrobe, so everything had to be pulled out one by one.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it had all the amenities needed for a good short stay. Great tea & coffee, lovely bedding so overall very pleased. The location is great but the biggest asset by far was the lovely, helpful staff I had the pleasure to meet.

We would highly recommend Malmaison Glasgow, situated in a great location for visiting Glasgow and only a 5 minute walk from a secure multistorey carpark. We brought our large dog on this trip and all staff were fantastic and very helpful making us feel at home . The room had been set up thoughtfully with a bed for our dog and bowls and a doggy bag full of treats . Malmaison Glasgow is perfect, central but quiet and relaxed . I would highly recommend this hotel , Malmaison consistently delivers a taste of luxury that is unique and the staff are all wonderful . 10/10 Fabulous

We travelled from London and stayed at the hotel for a couple of days, and honestly, everything was perfect. The hotel itself is so much better than the pictures — it was even more beautiful in person. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome, and we genuinely have absolutely no complaints. We even arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and the team were kind enough to accommodate us, which was such a lovely start to our stay. A special mention absolutely has to go to Karolina, who was one of the highlights of our entire stay. She was an amazing host and made us feel so comfortable and genuinely welcomed. She remembered where we liked to sit, what we liked to eat and drink, and would always come over for a conversation with a big smile on her face. What we loved most was how genuine and personable she was. She was just completely herself — friendly, funny, warm and so easy to talk to. We actually kept going back to the hotel restaurant mainly because of her! She was so cool and made the restaurant feel like somewhere we wanted to keep coming back to rather than simply being a place to eat. She also introduced us to other members of staff, which made us feel even more welcome and part of the hotel during our stay. We genuinely left feeling like we had been looked after by people who actually cared about our experience. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel, and Karolina is a huge reason why. Thank you to the whole team for such a perfect stay,

Nice bar, friendly staff, checkin in great, food in bar lovely, comfy bed, ideal location. Room was a lithle on the small side, it was near the lift/stairwell, and on main street, but being Christmas it was maybe busier than usual.
