Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Room was very nice and clean with the bed very comfortable. Only thing that could have been better was breakfast. Quite a small space for obtaining food and unfortunately the hot stuff was luke warm or cold. Overall would recommend as a place to stay.

Our family recently stayed here at our first trip to Glasgow. I think it was a perfect place to stay, convenient to the train stations and the busy commercial district. Access to the subway was relatively easy since there is a station a couple of blocks away. Property looks very new or was recently renovated, and so it is sparkling clean with great amenities. Staff was great.

We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around.It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.

The property is in a great location, well maintained and friendly staff. Amenities for the room that were lacking are conditioner, body lotion and face clothes. If you need any of those items I suggest bringing them. The breakfast was great and had many allergy sensitive items to choose from. You will not go hungry at this property.
