We booked an executive room which was on the top floor of the hotel. Room was a decent size, large bed with a view of the river. Had access to executive lounge, located next to reception which was nice. Had biscuits pretzels and pastries in the morning as well as bottles of fresh fruit juice, water and soft drinks with tea and coffee facilities. We didn't have breakfast but had dinner in the hotel which was ok.

An inaccurate room that was clearly only recently refurbished. Great facilities and a beautifully presented room and bathroom. Well located for the station and shopping. Staff were amazing! Great stay!

The location was close to the grand central station and less than 10mins walk into the city centre. The junior suite is lovely and big and the bed is very comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
