Bed is very comfy and overall a nice hotel. The breakfast was a bit mediocre with my cooked full scottish a bit raw and the wifes fruit was hit and miss. Tea and coffee is self service using 2 machines but one was broken so quite a wait to get the morning brew. The staff were very friendly and helpful which greatly helped. I noticed used syringes stuck in the cracks of the footpath outside which would be very worrying if we had children with us...

The hotel was situated walking distance of the heart of the city centre. The room itself was beautifully lit and the bathroom (which is a big deal) was very clean and nicely laid out. Super place to stay! We had a wonderful room that had all the amenities we love. Breakfast was a treat as well. This was a perfect place to see Glasgow and enjoy the pubs and bars nearby yet quiet and easy to relax at. The Qpark is across the street. Staff are very nice.

Comfortable and convenient hotel

The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well appointed. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Central RR Station. There are a number of good restaurants nearby. The staff were uniformly friendly, helpful, and smart. Overall all is was a very good experience.
